THE MINI OCTOPUS
The Mini Octopus was bought from a preservationist and entered the Fair in 2008. It is a juvenile (children's) version of the Giant Octopus. It's believed to have been built by Coulson, and was in a bad state when we bought it – it has since been through a thorough restoration, including new cars and a new fascia painted to match the Hall & Fowle paintwork on the large Octopus. It's not known what year it was built, but it's likely to date from the 50s or 60s.
Who can ride, and what does it cost?
