What Our Visitors Say:

“The kids were excited to try out all the rides, while all I really wanted to do was take photos of all the beautifully restored and colourful artwork! It was a lovely day, not hampered by the rain, the kids enjoyed every minute and I even managed to get my son to dance with me to the classic rock and roll music. Imagine the relief of being at a fair with decent music, I can’t stand the loud blaring dance you get in a modern fair. A perfect day out for all the family.”

“We had such a wonderful afternoon at Carters Steam Fair at Englefield Green. It’s a fun fair with a difference. EVERY ride is vintage, there is old style music playing, and the decor is so beautiful that you just want to take a million photos. It’s a lovely experience, like stepping back in time. We had a lovely time there, and I really enjoyed going on the rides as well as taking lots of photos!”

“Carter’s Steam Fair have lots of rides for little ones and Ben loved trying them all out. His absolute favourite was this little Toytown carousel, where he got to drive his own racing car. He looks so serious in these pictures, but he loved it so much that when the ride came to a stop, he started shaking his head “no” as we came to lift him out! He ended up doing this one twice, and when it ended a second time he gave it a little round of applause.”
