ANNOUNCING CARTERS STEAM FAIR TOUR DATES - 2019

We’re thrilled to share the dates of our 2019 events and there are lots of new things to look out for: many of our rides have had a new coat of paint; we’ve added MORE vintage vehicle parades/road runs, MORE art and heritage tours around the fair and MORE signwriting courses! Mustn’t forget new Carters merchandise too!

READING - Prospect Park
13th - 22nd April
Admission free. Opening times: 12pm - 8pm daily; 12pm - 10pm Saturdays
Dogs welcome but please keep them on the lead. FREE firework display 9pm Saturday night.
Fairground Art & Heritage Tour Saturday 13th April, 11am – £5, all proceeds to Alexander Devine Children's Hospice. Book your place on the tour here.
Postcode: RG30 2ND . Getting there: Bus routes either: 1 by Jet Black or 2 by Vitality services on Bath Road to the south, and by the Premier Route 33 on Tilehurst Road to the north.

COBHAM - Leg o' Mutton Field
27th & 28th April
Admission free. Opening times: 11 - 8pm.
Dogs welcome but please keep them on the lead.
Postcode: KT11 3EJ. Getting there: By bus: The site is easily accessed by bus, the 408, 515 or C1 stopping at Between the Streets, or at Opp Waitrose. By train: Leg of Mutton Field is about half an hour's walk from Cobham & Stoke d'Abernon station. By car: Hollyhedge Road carpark is adjacent the site.

HERSHAM - Hersham Green
4th, 5th & 6th May
Admission free. Opening times: 11am - 8pm daily.
Dogs welcome but please keep them on the lead.
Postcode: KT12 4HL. Getting there: By bus: The 564 stopping at The Green; The 458 stopping at Adj The Green or Opp The Green, or the 555 from Heathrow via Shepperton and Walton. By train: Hersham Green is about a 20 minute walk from Walton-on-Thames railway station. By car: New Berry Lane carpark is just around the corner.

By car: Cowper Road car park is a 10 minute walk away; there are also car parks at Hemel Hempstead station (15 mins walk) and near the Riverside Shopping Centre (Selden Hill car park), which is a 10 minute walk.
